Family Therapy

Family therapy is a counseling approach where family members work together with a therapist to address various relationship issues. Together, the family fosters healthier interactions and improves communication and conflict resolution. The general aim of family therapy is to equip the family with knowledge and tools to more effectively navigate challenges, promote increased mutual understanding, love and emotional connection.
