Rachel Waddell

Therapist, CSW

I love helping clients overcome the hurdles in their lives, sometimes in the form of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, addictions, and trauma histories. My background working with children in foster care and post adoption has enabled me to effectively provide support and guidance for people of all walks of life. If you’re feeling alone, scared, frustrated or hopeless in your suffering, please don’t hesitate to call me. I’m prepared and eager to hear your story and offer my support.

Approaches To Therapy

Rachel Waddell uses an eclectic approach to therapy which means she draws from an array of therapeutic modalities – selecting the ones best suited for the problems you want to address and the one’s you respond to best. Rachel uses a Person-Centered approach to therapy, which means she gives you the freedom to choose the focus of your therapy from week to week. She will encourage and support you with objective feedback and suggestions, as well as guide the therapeutic process without interfering with your process of self-discovery. She’ll serve as a compassionate, nonjudgmental facilitator.
